Information on Article 33 of the REACH Regulation on Wilfa products.
In accordance with Article 33 of Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH), companies that produce, import, or distribute products containing one or more so-called substances of very high concern in a concentration of more than 0.1 weight percent are subject to certain information requirements. Substances that have been identified as of very high concern are included in the so-called REACH Candidate List by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).
